SPIRITUAL MEANING OF RAAS LEELA. DIVINE PLAY

Swami Vivekananda had a very unique way of looking at Raas Leela. Some people consider it as unethical and immoral. However, Vivekananda said that Raas Leela was a medium that Lord Krishna used to prove that there is a strong connection between the universe and all the souls that live in it. The lord wanted each and every one to feel the universal power and connect to the ultimate truth. His medium was the sweet sound of the flute that he used to play always. Unless we learn to reach a state of trance and completely surrender ourselves to the supreme power we will not be able to understand the essence of the Raas Leela.

Complete Surrender

The most difficult part in any devotion is to surrender yourself completely to the lord and lose your identity. The devotion of the gopis to the Lord Krishna was unquestionable. They would be completely mesmerised by the sweet sound of the flute and would forget what they had to do. Similarly in Raas Leela we can see the deep love of Lord Krishna and Radha. Radha loved Krishna and there was no logic in her love. She just blindly loved him and considered him as her own. She would not care about the society or her family and would always come running to Lord Krishna when he would play the flute. There is a deep spiritual significance in this action of Radha. The lord wanted to prove that love for the lord is of prime importance. Unless you can give off your bonds and ties and run to the lord whenever he calls you your path to salvation cannot be reached. One must be free of all fear of loss and of the society and should always think of God.

Lord Krishnas Disappearance

Lord Krishna, the 10th incarnation of Lord Vishnu, took birth on earth with a purpose. The main objective of taking human form by the divine being was to rid mother Earth from the cruelties and increasing power of the demons.

Life Span of Lord Krishna
It is believed that Bhagwan Krishna lived on Earth with brother Balram for 125 years. The first ten years of his life were spent in the towns of Gokul and Vrindavan, in Northern India. The following years beginning in the 11th year of Lord's life till the age of 28 were spent in Mathura. Sri Krishna later established Dwarka, a city in Gujarat and lived the rest of his life there with his wife Rukmini and sons.

Legends of Lord Krishna's Disappearance
According to researchers, Lord Krishna disappeared on 18th February 3102 BC. The period after his disappearance marks the beginning of Kaliyug. It is said Bhagwan Krishna had predicted that exactly seven days after the disappearance of the Lord, the Golden city of Dwarka in Gujarat will drown in the sea. Indeed Dwarka city is said to have been merged in sea owing to torrential rain. There are quite a few reasons assigned to Lord Krishna's leaving his spirit for the heaven. They are as follows:

Fulfillment of Sri Krishna's Birth Objective
Lord Krishna alighted on mother Earth with the primary objective of reducing the growing power of the demons and relieving people from their cruelties. The secondary objective was fighting the historical battle in Kurukshetra in order to deliver justice to Pandavas. Having accomplished his missions and establishing peace , it was time for Lord to end his life journey on Earth.

Curse of Mother Gandhari
Mahabharata, the historical battle fought in Kurukshetra resulted in the death of all the hundred sons of King Dhritarashtra and Gandhari. Lord Krishna is said to have visited Mother Gandhari to offer his condolence. In a fit of rage and sorrow, Mata Gandhari cursed Bhagwan Krishna that just as the Kaurava dynasty had ended fighting with each other, similarly the Yaduvanshi dynasty would end fighting and killing each other. Mother Gandhari felt that Sri Krishna didn't play a fair role in putting an end to the war. Lord Krishna happily accepted the curse.

Curse of Sages Vishwamitra and Narada
According to a folklore, Sage Vishwamitra and Sage Narada once visited the city of Dwarka to meet Lord Krishna. A few children of Lord Krishna dressed up Samba (Son of Sri Krishna and Jambavati) as a pregnant woman and asked the visiting sages to foretell what kind of a child Samba will bear. Feeling insulted, the sages cursed that Samba will give birth to an Iron rod which in turn will be instrumental in the fall of the Yaduvanshi Dynasty. The very next day, Samba gave birth to an iron rod. Lord Krishna's sons crushed it into powder and threw the bottle in the sea. However, one day the bottle was washed up the shore and the powdered iron took form of an arrow. Lord Krishna could foresee everything and as a last resort to save his Dynasty, prohibited liquor in the city of Dwarka. Eventually, the Yadavas became drunk and killed each other with iron rods. None of them survived. Lord Krishna was shattered to see the Dynasty perish.

Death of Balram
On seeing the end of Yaduvanshi clan, Lord Balram the elder brother of Sri Krishna sat under a tree and ended his life by breathing out life from his mouth in the form of a white serpent.

Disappearance of Sri Krishna 
Lord Krishna was disillusioned with the fraternal killing among the Yaduvanshis. He went to a forest near Somnath in Bhalka Tirth to meditate. Jara, a hunter mistook the lord's feet to be a deer and accidentally shot him with the arrow. Lord Krishna's spirit left for heaven. Bhagwan Krishna's disappearance marks the beginning of the current debauched age, also known as Kaliyug.

The great sage Vyas then wrote the famous 'Bhagawad Puran' to save the heritage and miracles of Lord Krishna. The story of Lord Krishna has since been passed from generation to generation.

THE PENANCE

 Prayaschitta includes austerities like fasting, chanting of Mantras, giving away gifts or going to pilgrimage. It is a ritual which is performed to eliminate the effects of bad deeds. Praya means austerity and chitta refers to firm resolution. Human beings are bound to make mistakes.  one has to repent, resolve so that it is not repeated. 

If one commits a sin one has to commit expiation to get over the guilt. Prayaschitta depends on the type of sin committed. There are two types of sins: Mahapatakas and Upapatakas. Mahapatakas include killing a person of knowledge, drinking intoxicating liquids and smoking. Upapatakas include neglect of sacred fire, offending one`s teacher, theft, nonpayment of debts, selling banned articles, cutting down trees or killing animals who are not dangerous. 

MOKSHA

Moksha is one of the basic themes of Hindu philosophy. The term is found prevalent in Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism and Sikhism, and it refers to the liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth as well as all the sufferings and limitations of worldly existence. This kind of liberation can be achieved by and accompanied with the complete ending of all material passions. The beliefs of the Hindu Religion hold that true liberation occurs when the individual soul recognizes itself with the Source of all phenomenal existence known as Brahman. 

Moksha is basically forsaking the material and worldly life and establishing oneself as a devoted servant of Lord Vishnu in Vaishnavism, which is the largest branch of Hinduism. The Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Mahabharata and the Ramayana also emphasize on the personal, devotional type of Moksha which is achieved through the practice of Bhakti Yoga. Within Moksha, there lies the ultimate peace, the ultimate knowledge, the ultimate enlightenment and the ultimate paradise. In Buddhism liberation is Nirvana. This is the goal of the Buddhist path. In Jainism, when a soul is released from the cycle of births and deaths it achieves Moksha. Thereafter it becomes a Siddha. In Sikhism it is Jivan Mukti that stands for ultimate reality. The Mukta becomes the master of sense and self, fearless and devoid of resentment, upright, humble, no desires and clings to nothing. 

Kinds of Moksha 
The concept of Moksha in the Hindu Religion is mainly of two types. These are personal and impersonal. Moksha is defined as the loving, eternal union with God and considered the highest perfection of existence. In Advaita philosophy Moksha is union with the oneness which Advaita advocates. 

Path to attain Moksha 
In Hinduism self-realization is the key to obtain Moksha. There are believed to be four Yogas or paths for the attainment of Moksha. They are the ways of working for the Supreme, realizing the Supreme, meditating on the Supreme and serving the Supreme in loving devotion. One must achieve Moksha on his or her own under the guidance of a "guru". 

Knowledge required for attaining Moksha 
According to Upanishads Jnana is the sole means to Moksha. One should achieve not mere verbal knowledge but a kind of intensive knowledge which is generated by constant meditation. The view that knowledge derived by the study of sacred texts leads to upasana has been established on the basis of the Upanishadic teachings. The knowledge of Brahman generated by the study of the Upanishads thus serves as an aid to nididhyasana or meditation. 

FOUR ASHRAMS OF VEDIC LIFE IN HINDU PHILOSOPHY

Four Ashrams of Vedic life was based on an individual`s Karma andDharma. Every doctrine of ancient India, carved out by the ancient saints, is based on scientific and rational reasoning. However, to put them to use they needed to be socially embedded. Hence methods like, the Ashram system, were included in the Vedic society. The average life of an Indian was considered to be 100 years. Based on this there were four ashrams of Vedic life-Brahmacharya, Grihastha, Vanaprastha and Sannyasa. The goal of each stage or ashram was to fulfil the ideals on which these stages were divided. 

The stages of ashram life imply that an individual takes shelter in all the four stages of life depending on his age. These stages stratify the duties that man has to practice in his lifetime. These four divisions are elucidated in ancient Manu`s scripts. With such methodology the then contemporary society also aimed at holding the social institutions together. From an early age man was shown the paths of ethics, self-restraint, intelligence, pragmatism, love, compassion and discipline. He was guided to stay away from greed, cruelty, sloth, pride and several other vices. This system was also beneficial for the society at large. 

According to the four ashrams of life a man was expected to lead his life in 4 stages: Brahmacharya: - This stage is the first one and it begins at the age of 20 and extends up to 25 years. In this stage man leads the life of student and practices celibacy. The motto of this phase is to train man to discipline himself. 

Grihastha: - At this point of time man needs to pay heed to his social and family life. This phase begins from 25 and lasts till 60 years. Grihastha is a crucial stage in one`s life where man has to balance both his familial and social duties. He is married and manages his household and at the same time looks after the needs of the world outside. He has to discharge the duties of a son, brother, husband, father and a member of the community. 

Vanaprastha: - This is the step to Partial renunciation. This stage ushers in the life of man at an age of 50 and lasts till he is 74. His children are grown up and he slowly moves away for the material ties. It is his age for retirement and starts walking on a path that will lead him to the Divine. 

Sanyasa: The last stage in his life comes when he completely snaps off his worldly ties. This phase begins at 74 and lasts till he dies. He is completely free from the emotional attachments. He becomes an ascetic. 

A true devotee is he who knows his duties and fulfils them. Society needs both kinds of people-he who abandons all to pursue god and he who stays within a social institution and strikes a balance between Karma and Dharma. 

ATMAN IN HINDU RELIGION

Atman` is the highest self, it remains when everything that is not the self of a man is abolished. Inn English means "soul" or "Self". In HinduDharma, the word "Atman" has deeper connotations. It is the imperceptible, timeless, perpetual and essential self, residing within the mortal frame of every Jiva. Lord Krishna, the Divine Incarnation of Lord Vishnu had explained the perplexed Arjuna, the Fundamental Truth of Existence, in the Eternal Book of Life, Bhagavad Gita that the main essence is the Atman. The word `Atman` is derived from `an` which means `to breathe`, which is `the breath of life`. The meaning of the word changed with time and it covered life, soul, self or essential being of the individual. According to Sankara, `Atman` means `to derive`, `to eat` or `pervade all`. It is the principle of man`s life. `Atman` is the Sanskrit word for the soul of a man. Professor Radhakrishnan says in his exposition of the philosophy of the Upanishads, `Atman` is the `God`s dwelling place`. 

The general concept of Atman is that it is the indestructible and eternal soul. It is never born, never dead and after coming into existence never ceases to be. It is always, permanent and very ancient. At the time of death the soul does not die. It just leaves the body and enters into a new one. Adi Shankaracharya observes: "Like the waves in the ocean, the worlds arise, live and dissolve in the Supreme Self; the substance and cause of everything." Atman is that highest self. An individual hears, touches, sees, feels and thinks by the atman. The `Atman` continues despite the shutting off of consciousness, which is exalted above waking and sleeping. Atman inhabits in the unexplored, deepest recesses, of Jiva. "There the eyes cannot travel, nor speech nor mind. Nor do we know how to explain it. It is other than the known and beyond the unknown". 

The `Atman` is not an object of any sort but is the eternal subject. We hear, touch, see, feel and think by the atman. The `Atman` continues despite the shutting off of consciousness, which is exalted above waking and sleeping. When a man withdraws from all outward things, by retreating into the ground of soul, in the remotest depth of the soul, we find the infinite. Atman is intrinsically connected to the Pure Consciousness of Brahman, the Cosmic Spirit. Hinduism asserts that Brahman is the Creative Aspect of God. Brahman is the Celestial Source of existence. It is the all-pervading, Divine Core, from which sprouts the inherent life force, driving every individual soul or Atman in Jiva. 

Advaita philosophy of Hinduism sees no difference between the Brahman and Atman. Indeed, Mandukya Upanishad reinforces this idea. It is Brahman, which manifests itself as the Jiv atman within the tangible mould of the body, made of Prakriti, the "material-nature" of Ishvara. This ideology claiming every Atman, as Brahman, authenticates that all are its creations and manifestations. Atman is the Universal Soul, the Brahman. Therefore each creature bears as much importance as the other has. The core philosophy of the Upanishad has said that `Atman` is the `God`s dwelling place`. The real thing in every individual is the self or `Soul`. According to the Hindu religion, `Atman` means, the union of the collective human soul with God, which brings about a complete merge in the absolute totality of Brahman. 

Advaita Vedanta traces Atman to be that pure, uncultivated, self-shinning consciousness, timeless, space less, and unthinkable. It is no congruent from Brahman under staying supporting an entity. Atman is pure, undifferentiated, self-shinning consciousness: It is a supreme power of awareness, transcendent to ordinary sense mental consciousness, aware only of the Oneness of being. In actuality, it is the strata of conscious wherein the partition of subject and object, which typify commonplace consciousness, are overcome. It is the transcendental conscious state. Atman is thus void of differentiation, but for Advaita it is not simply a void: it is the infinite richness of spiritual being. 

On the other hand, the Dvaita Philosophy distinguishes Jiv atman from Brahman. Madhvacharya and his disciples were of the opinion, that every Jiv atman is dependent on the Independent Reality or Svatantra Tattva of the Supreme Brahman or Para Brahman, for its emergence as living forms. All Jivas are rooted in Brahman, but not the whole of Brahman. Atman is the path, which leads to Brahman. One can comprehend the immortal Atman only through Yoga or a mastery over the temporal characteristics of the Jiva or person. These are the body, the mind, the intellect and the senses. The material case of the body would have been rendered as inanimate, had the soul not invested it with life; whereas the command over the mind and the senses, invites a sublime knowledge of the Supreme Soul, the Ultimate Truth. 

It is amazing enough, to discover, that the soul is not the actual rider. It is the power of intellect, which drives the chariot and holds the mind. However Buddhi is not the Lord of the chariot, but a devoted friend to Atman, who helps Atman in executing its functions. If the manas are allowed to obey the signals of the senses, without being filtered through the control-network of Buddhi or wisdom, the chariot containing the Atman, will never forge ahead in the right direction. In the darkness of ignorance, the Jiva thinks that the material body that he possesses is real and cannot sense the existence of the innermost Atman. The Katha Upanishad delineates the innate link between ego and Atman. 

It is the Yogi, engaged in the great and illuminating activity of Yoga, who can subdue the hindering ego, and chastise it with the Ethereal Truth of Atman. Hinduism thus instils in its followers a basic sense of respect for all forms of life, by driving home the glorious relation of Atman to Brahman. As long as life will thrive on this earth, the elevated research on the superior subject of Atman, will appeal to mankind. Again according to the early prose Upanishads, `Atman` is the principle of the individual consciousness and Brahman the super personal ground of the cosmos.` Brahman, the first principle of the universe, is known through atman, the inner self of man. `Atman` never dies or takes birth. A person dies with his physical existence like the body perishes but the `Atman` exists all the time. "Nhanyate hanyamaney sharirey"-Atman is eternal, it hardly dies.

LONLINESS.

Loneliness is a feeling where people experience a powerful surge of emptiness and solitude. Loneliness is more than the feeling of wanting company or wanting to do something with another person. Someone who is lonely may find it hard to form human contact.
One of the first recorded uses of the word "lonely" was in William Shakespeare's Coriolanus.
Fear of loneliness: An abnormal and persistent fear of loneliness, of being alone. Sufferers of this fear experience undue anxiety even though they realize that being alone does not threaten their well-being. They may worry about being ignored and unloved, or they may worry about intruders, strange noises or the possibility of developing a medical problem.

Fear of loneliness is termed "autophobia" , a word derived from two Greek words: "autos" (self) and "phobos" (fear). "Autos" has given us many English words such as "automatic" and "automotive" (self-moving) and "autonomy" (self-governing). And "phobos" has bequeathed us a vast number of phobias such as "claustrophobia " (fear of closed places) and "acrophobia" (fear of heights).
People can experience loneliness for many reasons, and many life events are associated with it. The lack of friendship relations during childhood and adolescence, or the physical absence of meaningful people around a person are causes for loneliness, depression, and involuntary celibacy. At the same time loneliness may be a symptom of another social or psychological problem (for example chronic depression) which should be analyzed.

Many people experience loneliness for the first time when they are left alone as an infant. It is also a very common though normally temporary consequence of divorce or the breakup or loss of any important long-term relationship. In these cases, it may stem both from the loss of a specific person and from the withdrawal from social circles caused by the event or the associated sadness.

Loss of a significant person in one's life will typically initiate a grief response; here, one might feel lonely, even in the company of others. Loneliness may also occur after the birth of a child, after marriage or any socially disruptive event, such as moving from one's home town to a university campus. Loneliness can occur within marriages or similar close relationships where there is anger, resentment, or where love cannot be given or received. It may represent a dysfunction of communication. Learning to cope with changes in life patterns is essential in overcoming loneliness.... etc...For You All out There and Me

The God exists in reality but He is so expert at hide and seek that it becomes difficult to find Him. There is a parable: 

When God created the World, He lived on this Earth. There were great problems for Him. Day night He was busy in solving people's problems. People would knock His doors at odd hours. There were so many suggestions to improve upon the world. It seemed nothing was moving right. If God listened to one man's advice, thousands turned against him. God had almost gone insane answering people - Who? How? When? got responsible for his own destiny. Most of the time people did not accept His theory, because they felt they all very much deserved to enjoy good fortunes. God was fed up clarifying. He asked His councillors, " What to do ?, Where should I hide Myself? ". Someone suggested, "Why don't you go to Mt. Everest ? You make Your abode there, nobody will come." God said, " You don't know the future, your centuries are my minutes. As soon as the Hillary reaches me, others will follow and same trouble will start." The other person suggested, "Why don't you go to the Moon?". "Soon the man will be walking on the moon. The problem will not get solved there too ",  God said. There was one old wise man. He went close to God and told something in his ear. God was very happy. He said, " It seems to be perfect solution". The old man had suggested, "You hide in man himself, there he will never find you. They will search you out and get frustrated. By the time they come to know that you are residing within themselves, they would have been transformed. Even if they find you within, they will never create any trouble nor will they complaint. When they encounter with you within themselves You will transmit Your divine tendencies into them."

    The God exists in reality and you are the authentic reality in this world. You have to understand you are the other half of God - You can not survive minus Him. And He can not manifest minus you. You both compliment and fulfill each other.When you follow him you come in deep accordance with reality. Your consciousness shifts from material to your own soul and you are face to face with your own being. Here you feel things happen on their own accord, you have not forced them to happen. When you are far away you are in search. When He appears before you, you escape. Why ? Because you are frightened, you are confused whether you would be able to pay the price or earn Him at the stake of your ego, you fantasies, maybe your individuality!

You need not bother because when you meet Him - He will shower so much on you, you had never dreamt of. You will be really impressed !

The Lord says to those who are constantly devoted and worship me with love, I give the understanding by which they come to me.

The man's activity is the manifestation of his will and attitude which largely depend upon his birth, nature and position in life.Everyone according to his quality and status, has particular type of work to discharge. Though man's soul is free but it becomes conditioned in human body, being entrapped in material existence. To fulfill the desires and aspirations it becomes little difficult to maintain one's body and soul together by some work. Whatever good or evil man does, has a reaction and that reaction binds the performer.Therefore one has to perform his activities not only for sense-gratification but also for the satisfaction of the soul. Everyone knows that the body is changing from childhood to boyhood, from boyhood to youth and from youth to old age until it dies. In a material consciousness man is convinced by a false ego that he is the doer of everything. He forgets that the mechanism of the body is produced by material nature which works under the supervision of the Supreme Lord.In his ignorance of false ego he takes all credit for doing everything independently. Bewildered by the false ego he forgets his eternal relationship with the Supreme Lord. Man has to act in a manner that his soul remains free from all material involvements. Love for material enjoyments gradually changes into lust, unsatisfied lust turns to wrath and wrath is changed into illusion and illusion continues the material existence.One must remember that he himself is responsible for what he is, none else. His present status has been the result of his past actions and his present desires and actions will produce his future. To reap the fruits of his activities he takes many births. The cycle of birth and death continues and man gets different environments to accomplish his unfulfilled tasks and desires. The environment, he is in this birth has been longed by himself only or created by his past actions. In ignorance man fails to understand what is action and what is inaction? It is to be always kept in mind that all work and tasks must be in some relation with the soul so that his activities gradually elevates himself  to spiritual growth, One who becomes enlightened by true mode of activities, he approaches the Supreme Lord in different capacities as the distress being in want of money, as the inquisitive- in search of knowledge. If one acts in awareness to satisfy the Lord by his activities, he revives his divine consciousness. By virtue of the divine consciousness he creates and seeks favorable condition for executing his tasks.

One who does not neglect his duty towards different responsibilities in life, and surrenders the fruits of his activities at the feet of the Supreme Lord, never falls down from his constitutional position. He finds his happiness is within in his pure thoughts, in his aloofness from passionate material attachments, in his pure incompetent self. This knowledge helps him to settle down in his real self position. In such a state he can directly get the instructions from the lord for his activities. In the whole experience of self realization the ultimate truth should be remembered that the perfection of knowledge is that AATMA or SOUL is particle of the PARAMATMA - The Super Soul. AATMA is an individual soul  and PARAMATMA is the properiter and controller of all individual souls.SOUL is the material bondage of the body but the SUPER SOUL is free from all material bondages. He is all pervading in transcendental form. His powers are infinite and he is always eager to connect to an individual soul with his spiritual infintie energy. Get fulfilled by connecting with Him.Get charged up by plugging onto him.

There are two nerve currents in the spinal column, called Ida and Pingala. There is a hollow canal running through the spinal cord called sushmana . At the lower end of the hollow canal is the 'Kundalini' ie. 'Coiled up power'. It is triangular in form. Where the spinal cord ends in some of the lumbar vertebrae, a fine fiber issues downward and the canal runs up within that fiber much finer. The canal is closed at the lower end which is situated near sacral plexus in a triangular form. There are different plexuses that have their centers in the spinal canal.They are 

1. The Muladhara

2. The Svadhisthna

3. The Manipura

4. The Anahata

5. The Vishuddha

6. The Ajna

7. The Soma

8. The Surya

9. The Sahasrara

      Of all the centers. one has to particularly remember three. The Muladhara ( The Basic ), The Manipura ( The Naval), The Sahasrara (The Brain). The spinal cord at the brain, ends in a sort of bulb, in the medulla, which is not attached to the brain but floats in a fluid in the brain. If there be a blow on the head, the force of that blow will not hurt the bulb, that blow will be dissipated in the fluid.

    

     There are two sorts of actions in the nerve currents Ida and Pingala. One afferent, the other efferent, one sensory and the other motor, one centripetal, and the other centrifugal. One carries the sensations to the brain and the other, from brain to outer body. These vibrations are all connected with the brain. The center which regulates the respiratory system, the breathing system, has a controlling action over the system of nerve currents.

     Through the respiratory center, by breathing rhythmically, man rouses the coiled up power in the muladhara called Kundalini. When the kundalini awakes and rises step by step. It tries to force a passage through the canal. It enters the canal of Sushumna. Ida and Pingala are main channels through which afferent and efferent currents travel. When one is successful in passing the current through 'Sushumna' the canal in the middle of the spinal column, layer after layer of mind becomes open and man reaches the Truth. As the vast mass of energy stored up in a man, travels along the sushumna, it strikes all the centers mentioned above. As the 'Kundalini force travels from center to center, man perceives super natural divine wisdom. When it reaches the brain center, the whole brain tremendously reacts,the whole foundation of knowledge, opens up to the man. The Super Soul penetrates the subconscious and conscious mind and becomes visible in full luminous effulgence. It is my personal experience of feeling, tremendous sensations and vibrations like electric currents running through the brain to the rest of the body. Sometimes, it also results in nervous shakings. The brain or head heats upto the extent, that even application of ice is not sufficient to cool it. It is only by meditation concentration and pranayama, one can control it. In my personal case, it took me many months to control it by meditation and reciting 'Mahamrityuanjay Mantra' regularly on the beads of 'Rudarakash'. After a long practice in concentration, the heat in the brain turned into water or tears which over flowed through eyes endlessly for many hours. The blissful state, i felt after that experience is inexpressible in words or any other form. That ecstatic experience can not be defined in any way. It is to be only felt, by the persons in your presence. It is very essential to control the energy of Kundalini because if it moves outward, it will move in the material field and if it moved inward, it will move in the spiritual field. If it moves inward - the Unknown becomes known in the full blaze of illumination.

    Man attains the superconscious perception - realization of the spirit where the self becomes manifest. If a man is not fully aware of the science of Kundalini  and its powers and does not know its utilization in right direction, his mind gets even deranged and confused which results in the shaking of head, nervousness, fits and faints, violence, dictatorship, egoism, Insomnia, madness, extremism, loss of memory,nightmares,hallucinations n schizophrenia.if any of these symptoms. Occur,he needs spirItual guidance.

Sometimes man is born with roused kundalini.It is because he must have worked hard  in previous birth and in present birth he becomes spontaneously enlightened from inner purity.The proof is The luminous light reflecting his face and body.It is advisable to such an illumined person to be strong enough to withstand all reactions.Super normal condition is hard earned so he should endeavour  to stabilise  himself by meditation.The constant practice of concentration bring mystical experiences.Kundalini is a mysterious vital energy dormant in body.When awakened it moves inward to upward.The power gained through rising kundalini must be transmuted from the achievements of mental powers into the upliftment of conscious state to cosmic consciousness.only then  his motive becomes infinite  to enlighten all with compassion and kindness.The perfection of human life lies in remaining one with Almighty and His creation.

Infinite Energy

The human body is the greatest body in the Universe as he owns an intelligent mind with 'Intellect' as his genius.This gives him understanding to see things in right directions and attain to perfection. Perfection is every man's nature. All progress and powers are already in every human being. Only it is barred in and prevented by different organs and senses from taking its proper course. If anyone can take the bar off, the real nature and perfection rushes in. Man attains the powers which already belong to him. Wicked become saints as soon as the bar is broken. There is no doubt that Nature is driving every man towards perfection by reward or punishment. All the practices and struggles to become natural and spiritual, are to open the doors to one's own real self to attain perfection. Man must be master, not the slave of nature, body and mind. It is the human nature to take bad for the good and dream for the reality. Body is an unreal dream and the SOUL IS HIS REAL SELF. If one proposes to teach techniques to increase the power of sense enjoyments or to live a better material life, the human race easily and willingly respond to that. On the contrary if any spiritual authority undertakes to show the supreme goal, he finds few people to listen to him. In those, very few have the intellect or power or knack to grasp the higher knowledge of self realization. The body can be made to live for thousand years, the result in the end is same. When the living forces that hold the body, go away, the body must fall. No one can stop his body from changing as the age advances. Considering the realities of body and soul, to progress in life, man does not need to compete with anyone. Competition for life or social status are only unnecessary and extraneous efforts caused by ego and greed. When all competition cease the real nature behind a man, makes him go forward in right direction. Man's goal should not be to compete with human race, it should be the PERFECTION OF HUMAN RACE. This can only be attained by self realization because he will perceive within himself, a potential God, who wants to manifest Himself.

Man is always doubtful about the things he does not see. He does not live upon words, so there is always a doubt in his mind whether there is any truth in these things or not. Simply listening to explanations and theories do not help him. Practice is absolute necessary. Practice will make him more experienced. The knowledge attained from man's own self experience will help him to reach the actual perfection of consciousness. The first part of this practice is physical, second is mental, and third the realization itself. The Supreme God can not be known by following particular set of rules and regulations of worship according to people's own nature. The purity of body and mind brings him closer to the confidential knowledge of God. Experience is the greatest teacher in man's life.

We are passing through the time of Spiritual evolution. The Supreme power is gazing at us for spiritual transformation. Human survival is threatened on Earth due to division, violence and natural calamities.
The basic source of human suffering and violence on Earth is ignorance and egocentric nature always in competition to prove superior. When someone is self obsessed it relates to his identification with his own body, emotions, thoughts, beliefs and concepts, In average natural state of consciousness, one is conscious of values and norms of family, society and country. The fanatical dogma of religion gets often defended in the name of God. Everyone recognizes God as one but Religions divide His creations on the name of race, culture , gender and age. Moreover Religion relates to external authority, rituals, devotional practice of divine codes.

I believe that one's own temperament, experience, circumstances play a definite role in his self development.  When one wants to seek release from inner pain and confusion, he determines to start his spiritual journey. Spirituality is about inner reality , inner state of being. It is a self learning and realizing Divine presence within. It is not Art of Living - it is Art of Self Transformation. Human being is so fortunate to have been endowed with capability to self perfect himself and discover the riches of Godliness within.

I mention it strongly that Spiritual journey is not for weak, fickle minded. impatient - the one who demands quick results. The qualities of firmness, faith and devotion are solely required to follow the Spiritual path. The correct guidance keeps one away from errors and wasteful efforts. May all obstacles be removed from your spiritual path!

Universe is made up of two basic things- Matter and Life Energy. Matter acts as a vehicle of life energy. What differentiates other live creatures from human form is that humans are bestowed with higher consciousness. This can be percieved by Kundalini Power which lies dormant in individual bodies in form of Kinetic Energy. By virtue of Pure Emotions, Right Knowledge and Spiritual Discipline, The Kinetic Energy activates to higher consciousness. One requires a Spiritual Attitude to awaken The Kundalini Power. By Yogic Techniques, Correct Posture, Devotion, Meditation and Mantra Chanting etc., one is capable of activating his latent energy to get linked up with his own nervous system. The foremost victory one has to attain in the process of awakening his own power- is the mastery over fluctuations of the mind and withdrawal from indulgence in the material world. The force generated by the fusion of Kundalini Power and different Psychic Centres creates great illumination and destroys the ignorance of mind. The whole concept of looking at things changes and the truth becomes visible in that state of Enlightenment.

The Kundalini Power personifies in form of Goddess Durga when awakened Kundalini moves with great force and cross all the Psychic Centres in one leap. The Energy comes like a fiery storm and acsends to a highest centre in the Head where Mind and Kundalini Power unite bestowing The Divine Wisdom on Yogi. One who reaches to that point becomes Immortal in this physical body. One obtains victory over worldly desires and enjoys Eternal Bliss and Divinity in that superconscious state. This is exactly we inherit from the Supreme God by being our own real self called Sat-chit-ananda (Truth- Knowledge- Bliss).

I find myself quite positive in connecting with you through my blog. Earth is undivided. It is divided only on the political maps.

Energy does not stop, It moves from one corner to another corner. Your running away from circumstances does not in fact change anything. You can only pretend to renounce or become a saint.Your inner self , your desires, your passions, your responsibilities , your problems do not change. You remain the same miserable person inside under the mask of painted smile and calmness.

When you make desperate efforts to give up passions , your energy starts moving towards frustration. When you think of giving up desires your greed seeks other alternatives. Unless your innermost changes, you remain the same person.Once you simply become aware of the fact that you require certain basic things in this world to survive, you can not afford to avoid them. So the wise never thinks of giving up. He thinks of  restrain and harmony - These two words are simplest way of practicing self discipline. Too much or too little, or Not at all are not the solutions to any frustrations or depressions. Firstly, You have to start all together again to train yourself to bring harmony in your body system by connecting your mind with your higher self which is called Soul. Secondly , you have to deeply understand your ego and its projections because that is the main cause of perturbed mind. You have to restrain your unlimited desires and fulfill certain desires within your means, without being ambiguous to anyone else.Thirdly, above all, by respecting God's arrangement in creating your relationships. Your blood relationships are granted to you by God according to your past wishes. God wants you to execute your duties towards them. Whether you love them or not, like them or not you have to abide by  natural laws because you are left with no choice.You can make love relationships but you are not given a free desire to choose or change your blood relationships. So do not renounce your duties towards them even if they do not emotionally  reciprocate. By doing so, you will be liberating your self from great bondage and thus absolve.
